My name is Aimee Dassele and I am a licensed mental health therapist at Cultivate Counseling in Flagstaff, Arizona and I am excited to inform you that I will be starting an OCD Education and Skills group at our location near downtown Flagstaff! This group is open to anyone who has OCD (or suspects that they might have OCD) and believes that they could benefit from learning more about their OCD, as well as gain basic tools and skills to help address their OCD-related challenges.
This group is currently available for "in-person" only, however, this will continue to be assessed in regard to the need to offer a virtual option.
